SUN PLAZA is first class Commercial and retail building in Medan, Sumatera, Indonesia. The Engineer and owner specified the use of Cementaid Hydrophobic Pore-blocking Ingredients (HPI) in the lower Basement Slab and Retaining, STP and Water Tanks using 3CC System and in the upper Basement slab and Retaining Wall using AQUAPEL. The above HPI concrete structures are in excellent conditions and the owner’s representative specified Cementaid HPI again when he moved to another developer who constructed GANDARIA CITY in Jakarta.
