The Project The British International School is an independent, British-run organization established to provide high value education to the expatriate community of Kuala Lumpur. The Proven Service and Support Cementaid have successfully completed several projects with the developer, First City Capital Sdn Bhd. Knowing well the benefits of the Cementaid 3CC System which is a permanent and proven method for waterproofing their projects, hence, without hesitation, they continued to use the 3CC System. The 3CC System is the most practical alternative to eliminate all membranes and to waterproof all the critical areas such as the suspended swimming pool, water tanks and reinforced concrete flat roof as it also reduces construction time and cost, space saving, simplified design and ease of repair as compared to other waterproofing methods such as membranes and surface treatments.
