The Hong Kong Jockey Club Building for Interdisciplinary Research

This institutional development project comprised construction of a nine-storey laboratory building, with external stairs and a cantilevered walkway. The scope included construction of a three-level semi-basement with covered carparks, tree protection and transplantation works, as well as installation of special furniture such as white boards, fixed seating and lecterns. Everdure Caltite System has been specified for use at the sub-basement slab and wall for reliable and maintenance-free waterproofing.
