The Icon, is a residential project completed in 2010 and conveniently located a short walk from the Mid-Levels escalator. This 17 storey single highrise has 4 units per floor, giving it a total of 68 apartments. They vary from 452-513 sf areas and are of 1-2 bedrooms. Many are leased out fully furnished. Some have open plan kitchens. Caltite system has been specified for use in the pool deck slab for long-term and maintenance-free protection.
