The Providence Bay is located in Tai Po Pak Shek Kok; it’s a large scale low-density residential development. Many parts of the Providence Bay used Cementaid Everdure Caltite Waterproofing System for corrosion proof and waterproof purpose i.e basemen car park, podium slab, landscaping area and the swimming pool. The Providence Bay totally took the advantage of the permanently DRY, and corrosion proof concrete below the sea water table.
