The Regent

The Regent, a project featuring 1,620 flats designed into 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom in 17 towers with clubhouse facilities in the green surrounding, is the biggest residential development in Tai Po District in the past 20 years. The complex by China Overseas Land and is expected to be completed by January 2021. The development located in mid-hill level would subjected to high water pressure from hillside especially during rainfall. Everdure Caltite System has been accepted by the developer and the main contractor to replace membrane system for screen wall and slab of the 2-level basement for car park for effective waterpoofing, as well as for time saving in construction period. The suspended swimming pool over the club house is applied with Caltite system too for reliable protect.
