A partial demolition and full refurbishment of an existing shopping centre to incorporate a new supermarket, liquor store and twelve specialty shops and an additional 65 car parking spaces spread between the basement and roof top car parks. New Lift and moving walks with decorative paneling either side over three floors. The project involved re-planning; extending and re-invigorating the basement car park including car park ventilation systems to provide better traffic flow and to make users of the shopping centre feel more welcome upon arrival.
