This is a large scale residential and luxury resort development located along Castle Peak Road, opposite Pearl Island in the New Territories. It consists of over 2,000 residential units in 19 towers and 11 low-rise blocks; a yacht and country club, marina and commercial complex that evokes the Southern Californian style; a 450-room resort hotel; an artifical beach and extensive landscaping areas and outdoor recreational facilities. In this development, Cementaid Everdure Caltite System and 3CC System were choosen by the developer to use at all of the area in contact with water and sea water for waterproof and corrosion proof solution.
