VERVE Suites at Mont Kiara, KL

The Project: VERVE® stands for enthusiasm, vigour and spirit. That’s the lifestyle on offer at the VERVE® Suites, the latest offering in the Mont’Kiara neighbourhood under the stewardship of Dato’ Alan Tong Kok Mau and his son, NK Tong of Bukit Kiara Properties Sdn Bhd (BKP). The Proven Waterproofing Specialist: The Developer, BKP was so satisfied with Cementaid’s membrane-free and permanently impermeable HPI waterproofing concrete system following the success of Hijauan Kiara project that once again we were appointed as Nominated Sub Contractor (NSC) for VERVE® Suites. The appointment was in line with BKP’s reputation of developing and building of luxurious serviced apartments and managing VERVE® Suites upon completion of project. Yet again, with Cementaid’s time-proven HPI integral waterproofing system to concrete used, the project was completed well on time and all repaired structural elements are performing well. As pictures paints a thousand words, Picture 1 showed one of the more unique features of VERVE® Suites is that each unit has a “sunken bath” waterproofed with Cementaid’s Everdure Caltite System. A beautifully designed roof top deck waterproofed with Cementaid’s 3CC System. Whilst, Picture 2 showed a beautifully designed roof top deck waterproofed with Cementaid’s 3CC System. Picture 3 showed tastefully designed swimming pool with podium deck located at the roof top waterproofed with Cementaid’s Everdure Caltite System and 3CC System. Lastly, Picture 4 showed the watertanks located at the top of VERVE® Suites (in black) are waterproofed with Cementaid’s Everdure Caltite System.
